Here are some things I’ve noticed help me not to binge (now I only have to practice them more often!!)
- Keep yourself busy
- Make Jewelry
- Paint nails
- Tweeze eyebrows
- Go on a walk
- Go to opposite side of house from kitchen
- really make yourself think about how it’s going to make you feel afterwards
- Think about your teeth and how even though you might stay skinny, you won’t be pretty with rotten teeth from purging after you binge
- drink tea
- taste hot sauce
